Hello,

My name is Roda and I am a registered nurse and midwife by profession. I have 13 years of experience into nursing both public, private and community. I started At The Cross Care with the goal in my heart to create more patient advocacy in the community by helping clients to be empowered to do the things that they love and be more autonomous with their decision making. Our organisation consists of different registered nurses passionate with their jobs with varied expertise from:

• spinal injuries,
• dementia, aged care,
• stroke and disabilities to name a few.  
• support workers and other Allied health professionals on board within our company.

We offer the following services:

• COMMUNITY NURSING CARE      High care needs at home delivered by a Registered Nurse (Bowel care, Catheter care,  Wound care, PEG feeding, Tracheostomy care, Sub-cut injections, CPAP) and medication   management.
• TRAVEL AND TRANSPORT           Assist participants on transportation to and from destination (social and medical appointments, shopping, hairdresser
• HOUSEHOLD TASKS                     Our support workers can help with cleaning, meal preparation, gardening and laundry.
