What we offer

Who We Are

We are a caring and professional team with a big heart and a passion in the disability sector. We have highly qualified staff and a management team that ensures that our values are not compromised. At Australian Partners in Support, we focus on our clients and enure that we find the right match for you or your loved ones.

How We're Different

The company is founded on two core principles: compassionate service and professional expertise. Our growing network of professional carers provide more than expert assistance in and out of the home; we contribute uplifting, emotional sustenance that brings our clients joy.

Here is why you should choose us:

1. Our Size

APS is a boutique service platform, not a big, faceless corporation. We have global experience and staff with up to two decades of experience, but our size allows us to offer more exclusive, intimate attention - and lots of it.

2. Our Support Workers

We select our providers with great care, prioritising not only qualifications and training, but warm hearts and sunny dispositions. Joyous, pleasant staff is the bedrock of any great service platform. APS only hires carers who are the right fit for the organisation and are there for the right reason: to be of service.

3. We Personally Match Client and Carer

For APS, personalised matching is absolutely crucial. Participants are inviting a new person into their life and home, sometimes in the most vulnerable way. We start with our client, then hire a team of support workers around them. It all flows from the client and their needs.

4. Our Care Evolves As You Do

We constantly update a participant’s profile to keep our service aligned with their current needs. APS is in constant communication with their clientele, and commits to personally calling the client every month to note any changes to their lives.
