Community Support and Care is a new arrival to the Queensland disability community, offering our clients a unique, special and remarkable service across Brisbane.
We strive to create people-caring connections by working collaboratively to ensure a fulfilling life for our care users and their families.
Because we are new, we are full of energy and commitment to make a difference!
Community Support and Care provides the following NDIS services:
- Personal Care Services
- Care workers to accompany participants to community, social and civic activities
- Mentoring and support to develop life skills like transport training, social skills and household tasks needed for independent living
- Plan Management services
