Hope Circle provide support to individuals with multiple disabilities:

  • mental health
  • personality disorder
  • behaviours of concern
  • emotional regulation

We focus on a holistic model of care and skill development.

Our team has rich working experience with complex individuals (multiple diagnoses)

Hope Circle works with the individual to set up tailored supports, when and how the individual would like them to be delivered.

We provide professional disability support services inall Adelaide metropolitan areas and Melbourne metropolitan areas. These services include:

Who We Are

Our journey began in 2010-2011 when the founding members observed a gap in the service delivery for people with complex disabilities.Due to a lack of understanding of the complex nature of the disabilities, people had not been able to get the right support to address their complex needs.

By 2020,Hope Circle officially came into existence with an intention to provide holistic support to people with complex disabilities. Little bit about ourselves who run these operations in South Australia and Victoria 

Ashy Masoon : Chief Executive Officer 

Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) / M.A. (Applied Psychology)
Master in Business Administration / Registered Behaviour Practitioner (NDIS Practitioner ID: A4262) 

Work experiences Over two decade work experience working in management and clinical roles in various disability organizations & Multi National Companies in Australia and overseas; 

Ashy has successfully Developed an effective tailor-made person centered plan for individuals with multiple disabilities that helped them to achieve their goals. Has Successfully developed multiple Positive Behaviour Support Plans for the individuals who demonstrate concerning behaviour.Has helped to support and counsel clients with serious mental health issues in collaboration with other health professionals and organisations. Have been able to use high level of knowledge and strong inter-agency relationships to ensure all clients have continued access to specialist services.   

Amit Taneja 

Head of Operations - South Australia 

Amit has been working in Disability Sector for last 10 years and worked in different roles as a support worker, senior support worker, Placement coordinator working across many organisations like Baptist care and Cara Inc. Currently he manages SA Hope Foundation Pty Ltd (A registered  NDIS provider ) as Head of Operations. Amit had completed Graduate certificate in Trauma Greif and Loss Counselling as well as Certificate 4 in Mental Health.

He  has been also volunteering with Art of Living for last 20 years. The Art of Living is more of a principle, a philosophy of living life to its fullest. It is more a movement than an organization. Its core value is to find peace within oneself and to unite people in our society – of different cultures, traditions, religions, nationalities; and thus, reminding us all that we have one goal to uplift human life everywhere.

Ashwin Joshi

Head of Operations - Victoria 

Graduated as Bachelor of Commerce and Economics and later on completing Masters In Social Work (MSW) in 2018. Ever since  Ashwin has done MSW, he has worked in different social and community sector roles, right from Being a NDIS Support Worker, Youth worker working on the field to becoming a Counsellor, Case Manager, Client relations officer, Support Coordinator and Specialist Support Coordinator. Prior to that he had many years of Customer Service experience developing transferable skills that he could use while working in social and community sector. Other work experience was with corporate companies like Westpac, Allianz, Telstra and NGOs like Anglicare, STARRS ( Organisation that works for Refugees and Asylum Seekers), Assured Home Care. Currently he handles Melbourne Operations of Hope Circle. 
Apart from that he also follows a meditation practise called Heartfulness. Heartfulness is a simple and subtle practice of meditation that connects each of us with the peace and love in our hearts. In current times of stress and pandemic, seeker of this system can benefit immensely bringing mental clarity and peace within. He states he has benefitted a lot by following this system.
