iDeal care services work creatively and efficiently with our participants. We provide our clients in identifying supports allocated in all your support budgets while taking in to account of your informal, mainstream, community and funded supports to achieve your personal goals.
We also support our clients in choosing options of providers as they preferer.
We negotiate prices and services as part of any quotable budget, create a service agreement and service bookings with preferred providers of your choice.
We work with the budget for each support category and advise our plan management department or any relevant plan manager as our client start their NDIS Journey.
We help our client to strengthen and develop their personal capacity to coordinate supports, self-manage, Self-direct and contribute to the society. Also we will provide our assistance in resolving any issues that may occur and offer supports in understanding their rights and responsibilities under the service agreements and provide assistance when termination or any changers to their service agreement has been made.
