Markis and Audrey lead the NDIS Registered Memba team. Both have deep experience in the disability industry.

Markis has spent the last 10 years working as a support worker as well as within the NDIS administrative arena. His experience extends across many areas of disability including physical and intellectual disabilities.

Audrey is a Registered Nurse and brings over 10 years of nursing in the disability/health care industry. She has strong clinical skills, knowledge and understanding of the disability industry.

Audrey brings to the team her experience across various speciality fields including ED, Rehab, Medical, Surgical, Mental Health, Spinal Injuries and Covid19.

​The team is diverse in a sense of their extensive experience, skills and unique personalities. They all have one thing in common, that is a passion and drive for supporting and inspiring people to live the life they choose, as autonomously as possible. They have a wide range of workers with diverse skills and extensive experience and help both carers , parents and participants understand and navigate the NDIS. 

Having witnessed first hand the challenges and difficulties that people with disability continuously face and experience, Memba Care aims to create an interpersonal model of care that supports and provide quality care for people with disability. 

They want to ensure that no individual with a disability feels left out or unheard. They want to advocate for and empower people with disability to live their life to the fullest, how they want and on their terms.

Memba Care offers the following services:

• Personal care and support
• Complex support
• COVID support
• Experience with challenging or complex behavbiours
• Experience with all aspects of physical disabilities including hoists, peg care, catheter care, bowel care
• Access the community
• Household maintenance

Languages other than English provided include French, Indonesian, Arabic & Native Languages from Africa and Asia.
