Who We Are

Neldah Care is an NDIS registered provider and is looking for participants! We offer our clients personal, client centered and high quality services. As a company we tailor all our services and are are committed to good governance,  welfare of clients and support workers via strong management accountability and seek to deliver best practice services.

How We're Different 

Neldah Care also offers support for people with mental health issues. Our staff are equipped with skills and knowledge to improve health and wellbeing of the participants.

Additional Services

Assisted Holidays

We offer assisted holidays where we offer 1 on 1 support or for small groups of 1-3 support for local and interstate trips. Our staff are qualified and have the skills and knowledge required in the disability industry.

School Holidays

NeldahCare also offers School Holiday Activities. Activities include movies, bowling, zoo, parks to name a few. Our programs are tailored to suit different age groups with different needs, interests and abilities at home or in the community.

Travel/Transport

During school days we can assist with transport to pick and drop participants at school and Day service centres.

Home Support, STA, SIL

We support our clients to live in the comfort of their own homes by providing sleep overs and active nights where the support worker provides the required support during the night. We also provide Short Term accommodation and Supported Independent Living.

Location

We service participants in the West/South West of Melbourne, as far south as Werribee and surrounds, to Melton in the west. We can also travel to Bendigo for shifts of 6hrs or more
