Optimal Care Australia Support Worker service
We have a range of support workers who possess different skills within this industry, we have male, female, young, and old carers with skills and a wealth of experience within the disability sector.

What We Offer?
Our support workers can help motivate the participant to participate in community access, try our:

Information about Optimal Care Australia Support Workers
We'll find a support person to fit the participant's exact requirements. We'll work with the participant and the family to make sure they are happy with the support worker they have been provided.
Optimal Care Australia standard hourly rates
We follow the NDIS Price Guide.
Transport/travel charges & rules
Charges are applied as per the rule in the NDIS Price Guide When a participant is transported in a support worker vehicle the cost is $1.00 per km plus the hourly rate applicable for the support worker.
Sign up & Exit fees
We have no exit fees or sign-up fees. We only apply fees stated in the NDIS Price Guide, for example, a Late Cancellation/No Show fees for late cancellations of appointments/shifts or when the participant is not there for the appointment/shift in only the circumstances allowed in the NDIS Price

Optimal Care Australia terms and conditions.
In addition to our legal requirements, our Service Agreement details our service obligations. Depending on the participant's circumstances, the participant may be entitled to further legal obligations, which we will inform them of before the service start. Optimal Care Australia has all insurances required by law relevant to the service and copies can be provided on request. Optimal Care Australia screens all workers in line with NDIS regulatory requirements (police check, working with children check, DWES, NDIS workers screening, and others) and confirms workers are deemed competent to perform the relevant tasks Optimal Care Australia can provide current guidelines on how our organisation is managing COVID-19 with regards to the services we provide to our participants.
