I am a qualified Billingual (Greek speaking) Counsellor who has completed a Bachelor in Counselling (Coaching), a Diploma in Counselling as well as a Diploma in Mindfulness for wellbeing during Peak Performance. I am an accredited member of Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA), International Coach Federation (ICF), an ongoing member of the Australian and New Zealand Mental Health Association and a Registered National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Provider.

I have worked as a Counsellor for many years and have helped many people in my 20 year profession as a HR Partner.  In addition, my ongoing education has further equipped me with various therapeutic and coaching skills.

Counselling is an approach which helps clients to heal by taking their life experiences and environmental factors into consideration to develop an appropriate treatment plan. I work together with clients to look deeper and delve into the root cause of their issues. I use evidence based therapies which include:

Mindfulness 

These offer my clients, greater self -awareness and self -acceptance, a more peaceful centred approach to life, greater health and emotional well-being, a deepened sense of spirituality, a clearer way to deal with life challenges, and an enhanced feeling of optimism, confidence and self esteem.
