Choice Health and Wellbeing Group (CHWG) is a registered NDIS & ICWA service provider. We offer services that make a positive impact on the individual lives of people with disability from 16yo to over 65 years. We have an all-around support team of medical specialists from Clinical Nurses, RNs, ENs, Disability Support Workers, Cleaners, Gardeners, Domestic assistants & Personal Trainers).

Staff are appropriately qualified and trained in Disability Care and undergo regular training to ensure updated compliance of NDIS standards / best practices. Enabling our team as genuine advocates for our clients, while also finding ways to give back to the community.
