Who We Are

PentaCare is a registered provider being an important part of the NDIS, delivering supports and services that help participants pursue their goals. Beneficially connecting and delivering supports to a wide range of participants, including those with NDIA-managed funding, working with Plan managers, Support Cooridinators and Local Area Coordinators. 

Our qualified experienced staff are specilaised in providing expert care that understand how the NDIS works, to effectively deliver quality support at the best value. 

0-7 Age Group: we work closely with families and carers of children aged 0-6 years to develop the skills children need to take part in daily activities and achieve the best possible outcomes throughout their lives.

Our Support Workers assist with Hospital Transition.
