We empower individuals with disabilities to live life on their terms, with the resources and tools they need to succeed.

As proud locals, we are deeply connected with our community and the Central Coast lifestyle. Our participants live life with purpose, dignity, and independence.

At Steadway, we provide all of our participants with access to our rostering app - Ezaango - so that they see who is with them on what days. This level of transparency empowers everyone and avoids any confusion too.

SIL Services

SDA CLIENTS

We have relationships with SDA providers across the Central Coast for both existing vacancies and upcoming new developments.

COMMUNITY HOUSING

We have relationships with clients in social housing, including connections with tenants coming through the Department of Communities and Justice (DCJ)

PRIVATE OWNERS / RENTERS

SIL can be delivered in an individual’s own home, whether it is privately owned, rented, or community housing.
