Holistic Disability Solutions offers disability support to individuals in the community through the NDIS and aged care. We pride ourselves on providing compassionate, person-centred care which is individually tailored to the diversity of the person. Our point of difference from other providers is that we “do it all” This approach prevents care fragmentation and reduces the need for participants to “shop around” for their care needs. We are a local family-owned business, founded by a nurse with extensive experience in the disability and aged care sector, based in the Port Macquarie area and serving the wider Mid North Coast region.
