I have over 5 years experience of supporting people with various disabilities.
When supporting participants out in the community or within their own homes, I encourage independence so that they gain confidence and abilities to work towards their goals and live their best lives. As an independent support worker, I am able to travel between Macksville and Coffs Harbour and inland to Bowraville and Bellingen.
