Based on Positive Psychology methods and research, we focus on the strengths of young people with ASD, using those to maximise their potential in resilience, relationships, confidence as well as teaching them the elements of being happier.

Using a Sailboat model, we look at each aspect of sailing to navigate their way through their life.

We develop skills in emotions, define our strengths, develop relationship skills, explore our beliefs and values and set clear goals to achieve our dreams.
