Empower Autismand Womenand Group is designed for Autistic Women and non-binary individuals 18 45 years, who want to connect and build their Autistic community.

Peer support groups offer autistic individuals an opportunity to meet others in an autism affirming environment, share stories, talk through challenges and have fun.

The groups provide a judgement free zone for participants to express their autistic identity.

Meetings are run via zoom, in a round table discussion format, covering topics important to the experience and empowerment of the group members.

When: 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month From 6.15pm to 7.15pm Where: Zoom meeting details emailed out to registered participants prior to the event.

Cost: 12.50 per session - Groups are invoiced monthly on a per attendance basis, your first visit is free.
