These groups are supported by a Registered Music Therapist, and have a focus on getting to know each other through various musical activities.

Participants might share favourite songs with the group, choose songs or instruments to learn together, or write songs about shared experiences.

Music Therapy groups are available for neurodivergent adolescents, young adults and adults.

These groups are tailored to support the needs of participants, with limited numbers in each group (up to twelve people per group).
