Our CEO's journey is inspiring and unique—he lives life as a complete paraplegic and uses a wheelchair 24/7 after sustaining a spinal cord injury in a motor vehicle accident in 2011. It's not often you find a Provider whose owner personally lives with a disability, and this experience shapes everything we do. What sets us apart is more than that lived experience.

Our mission goes beyond the standard business model, driven by passion, purpose, diversity, inclusion, and raising awareness. We aim to challenge perceptions surrounding disability and help shift the narrative—especially the judgement people often face, such as being told, “You're walking, so you don't have a disability.” We recognise that disability is not one-dimensional or always visible.

It can be physical, mental, cognitive, psychological, or related to mental health. This deeper understanding of the full spectrum of disability is central to who we are and how we support our participants.
