What we offer

Ageless Care Services is a disability care provider, servicing self-managed and plan managed NDIS participants in Western Sydney and Nepean Blue Mountains.

We are committed to delivering effective and high-quality services to meet the needs of our clients.

All services and supports provided by us are aligned with the National Disability Insurance Act 2013, and the National Disability Insurance Scheme (Provider Registration and Practice Standards) Rules 2018.

We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Services we provide

Our experienced and approachable team can help with flexible and tailored support to suit individual needs and assist you to reach your individual goals. We ensure all our support workers are adaptable and open so that you feel comfortable voicing your needs and any concerns you may have. We provide the below services:

  • Life Skills and Development: Assistance to learn and develop the skills that allow you to be independent (e.g. hygiene, nutrition, social skills, language, or using transport).
  • Social and Community Participation: Our support workers provide the assistance you need to participate in social or community activities, go shopping, play a sport, or attend a family event.
  • Transport: Travel wherever you need to go, either with our drivers or assistance to navigate public transport independently.
  • Personal Care: Assistance or supervision of daily personal tasks (e.g. bathing, dressing, meals, attending appointments, mobility).
  • Domestic assistance: Assistance with everyday household tasks (e.g. dishwashing, house cleaning, clothes washing, making beds and gardening).
  • Support Coordination: Support to understand and implement the funded supports in your plan and link you to qualified providers.

Work background

Ageless Care Services is a privately-owned organisation delivering support services to participants under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). Our team of passionate and experienced support workers are committed to providing participants with individualised services to help improve their quality of life.
Our staff know the ins and outs of the NDIS and ready to provide tailored care solutions.

We prioritise equipping all of our staff with the fundamental skills and knowledge to anticipate any situation and take the appropriate measures to assist participants in their care.

At Ageless Care Services, our main objectives are to create an environment that fosters understanding, genuine relationships, optimism and empowerment among all our participants and their loved ones.

All of our Support Workers undergo a series of detailed checks and clearances in line with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Framework, so your safety and quality of service is guaranteed.

A support coordinator in the team includes Rabia, who holds a Diploma of Community Services and Bachelor of Social Science majoring In Behavioural Studies. Her background in working in Public Trustee and as a Guardian ensures she has an intimate knowledge of and commitment to meeting the needs of vulnerable individuals. Another Support Coordinator on the team is Sinem, who has a Bachelor of Social Work and was formerly a Social Worker in a rehabilitation hospital. She also has experience with out-of-hospital care packages, to assist patients' transition after being discharged from the hospital.
