Our program covers a wide range of topics, including body hygiene, skin care, hair care, nail care, hand and feet care, dental care, bathroom hygiene, presentation, verbal and non-verbal communication, and initiating conversation.
We tailor our program to meet the needs of each individual, providing step-by-step guidance on important aspects of personal care.Our weekly sessions are centered around a specific theme and offer a variety of therapeutic activities, including African drumming and creative mindfulness exercises, which aim to provide a calming and sensory-friendly environment for all participants.
Additionally, each session includes guided self-care mentoring activities that incorporate personal care product samples.
These samples are provided to participants and can be used at home for continued self-care.We keep our groups small (no more than 10 participants) to ensure that we can attend to the needs of each individual and provide personalised guidance on social skills in a non-overwhelming setting.
We welcome feedback and discussion throughout the program to adjust each session and help participants achieve their goals.When and WhereOur weekly sessions are held on Wednesdays at 3:30pm - 5:30pm at our Molendinar Studio.
