Empower Golf hosts Come and Try Golf Clinics to introduce people living with a disability to golf.

Our Come and Try Golf Clinics are the ideal way to introduce new people to golf for the first time or for those who have had an accident or illness and would like to learn how to play again.

Empower Golf Clinics are especially designed and adapted for those with all levels of physical and intellectual disability.

Players of all abilities will have the opportunity to access and try golf at our partner golf facilities which are all accessible and inclusive.

Depending on each player's disability, they can have a go at various adaptive equipment including gloves, golf clubs and the amazing ParaGolfer which is a sit-to-stand electric all-terrain wheelchair.

All tuition is under the guidance of Empower Golf Coaches who are PGA Professionals with specialist All Abilities accreditation.

The clinics are hosted at a range of golf venues around the country and there is usually plenty of time to relax and chat to the other players and their families.

We welcome all family, friends and carers to join players at the clinic.

Clinics are held on the open driving range and will be weather dependent.

Beyond the clinics, Empower Golf offers various golf pathways for our players.

This includes ongoing individual and group lessons, tuition on the golf course and even the ability to play All Abilities tournaments!

Some of our players who have intellectual disabilities play in the Special Olympics and have even won gold medals.

Empower Golf is the only national NDIS registered golf provider in Australia, which means that we can help players access ongoing funding for lessons and equipment.

Our organisation has almost 10 years experience in disability and recreation services.
