About

Our Junior Judo course is suited for young people between the ages of 5 and 14 years old.

In these classes, students will study this modern Japanese martial art under the guidance of our trained instructors.

As they learn self-defence and combat skills, theyll also absorb valuable lessons about discipline and hard work.

These classes run weekly on Mondays and Fridays from 6pm 7pm.

We also provide a Senior Judo class for our members over the age of 16.

Participants in this course will also study the core principles of Judo, learning how to unbalance opponents and protect themselves.

Judo classes at PCYC are held in accordance with Judo Federation Australia, which creates standards for accrediting trainers and grading students.

The Senior Judo Classes run weekly on Monday and Friday from 7pm -8pm.
