Our program runs on a weekly basis and includes a range of activities to help you develop your social skills and self-care habits.
Here's what you can expect: Male and female facilitators who will work with you to help you achieve your goals A4 book of resources to help make day-to-day self-care easier Personal care product samples that you can use in guided self-care activities Weekly African drumming therapy and creative mindfulness activities to help you relax and connect with others Small groups of no more than 10 participants to ensure personalised attention and guidance Bring a support person at no extra cost!
