OnTrak Youth Mentoring

OnTrak provides genuine, youth-focused mentoring and community support that empowers young people to build confidence, independence and real-world skills. With a strong background in youth work, crisis care and residential care, we bring a professional, trauma-informed and experience-driven approach to every session. Our support is flexible, active and tailored, blending mentoring with practical community engagement so participants feel supported, understood and motivated. We specialise in working with young people aged 7–24, creating safe, consistent and strengths-based experiences that help them grow, connect and stay on track in everyday life
