The Reiki Healing and Vision Boarding Workshop with Reiki Master Rebecca Grainger is an evening designed to connect to your soul and create a vision to design a life you love.

Included is A group Reiki healing to bring energetic balance to your body and align your chakra A relaxing meditation session to quieten the mind and create space to go beyond your conscious mind , create greater awareness of your needs and bring clarity to your thinking Journalling and vision boarding to express your inner vision and step into alignment with your soul purpose An essential oil to activate your sacral chakra and awaken your creativity Blissful treats and drinks A fun night out with like-minded people in an inspiring space to create the best version of you Youll walk away with a piece of art in the form of a vision board.

What you need to bring: Pictures and clippings, words, imagery, quotes and inspiration you want to use and an open heart and mind No previous experience is necessary and materials including nibbles and refreshments will be included.

Please note unfortunately, there will be no wheelchair access to this class.

Our incredible teachers and creatives come from far and wide to teach their craft and our classes include macrame, resin art, weaving, traditional calligraphy, basket and sculptural weaving, shibori, meditation, and a wide variety of fibre art, painting and of course; everything in between.

We currently have over 70 Different classes on offer and we also cater for private events and celebrations too.
