Sunny Spectrum offers neurodivergent peer mentoring and capacity building groups led by neurodivergent mentors and therapy assistants.

Join our Neuro-connect groups for Autistic and neurodivergent individuals to celebrate shared interests, build skills, and enhance well-being through safe and comfortable social interactions.

Term 3 groups include: - Minecraft Group - Arts, Wellbeing and Sensory Exploration Group - New/Late Discovered Autistic Women's Group: Exploring Your Authentic Self - Neuro-Connect Groups - Body Doubling and Support Group - Neuro-Parents Group
