What to bring: A packed lunch or provisions to buy depending on the outing for the day, a change of clothes, bottle of water, hat, towel, companion card, communication items and any personalised support requirements including medications.
What we need: Signed service agreement and corresponding forms returned before start date.
Ticked outing cost to be paid when booking dates.
