Scout Nursing

Scout Nursing is an RN-led, registered NDIS provider delivering reliable nursing and home & community care across Melbourne.

We support children, adults, and older participants with personalised care that fits their routine, preferences, and goals — not a one-size-fits-all approach.

Our team includes experienced support workers and Registered Nurses, with 24/7 RN clinical oversight available for complex and high-intensity needs.

We currently have capacity for new participants and offer flexible supports with no minimum hours. We work closely with participants, families, and Support Coordinators to ensure smooth onboarding, clear communication, and consistent care.
