About

Our 10- 12's School Holiday Hangout runsevery school holidaysfrom9.00am - 3.00pm.

Our13 - 17's School Holiday Hangout runs every school holidaysfrom 9.00am - 3.00pm.

Our Over 18's School Holiday Hangout runs every school holidays from 9.30am - 3.30pm.

Participants will be required to bring their own lunch or bring money for lunch to each activity (why not build some money handling skills as well as communication).

We focus on working towards individualised participant goals such as Initiate two conversations with someone in the hub.

We work alongside the participant, their families and formal supports such as OTand and Psychologists to ensure a holistic approach.

This activity can be funded through aself-managed or plan-managedNDIS Plan.
