Adult Gymnastics is a great fun way to keep in shape.
Participants will be pushed to their limits using their bodies to help achieve their goals, as well as using movements such as weights training, muscular strengthening, toning and circuit training (high intensity).
From ex-competitors to those who have never done the sport before, we welcome all skill levels!
Our Adult Gymnastics Classes run weekly on a Friday from 7pm 8pm for ages 14.
Our Teen Gym classes are for children aged 11 and above and teach skills across a variety of different gymsports, including cartwheels, walkovers, tumbling, trampoline, rhythmic, sports acro, etc.
as well as a variety of ability.
They also assist gymnasts in redeveloping previous gymnastics skills.
Teen Gym classes are run weekly on Wednesdays from 6.30pm 8pm.
We also runJunior gym which is a program suitable for preschool and kindergarten aged children andKindi Gymnastics for children aged 18 months to 4 yrs of age.
