emPOWER UP: Employment has been designed by autistic people for autistic people.

The program focuses on key areas of employment, from career path planning that aligns with oneand strengths and values, to self-advocacy, and self-care in the workplace.

emPOWER UP: Employment aims to empower autistic individuals by building their confidence in promoting a positive autistic identity while obtaining and maintaining employment.

Participants will learn practical skills to foster increased comfort and professional competency in a working environment.

emPOWER UP Employment features four modules: career planning starting a new job workplace adjustments job applications emPOWER UP Employmet is for Autistic individuals 17- 30 who: Are seeking career direction that suits their strengths.

Are currently in the workforce.

Are preparing to enter the workforce.

PROGRAM DETAILS emPOWER UP: Employment is delivered in standard and fast-track formats throughout the year.

The standard format features a few hours of learning weekly for one month.

The fast-track format is completed over two days.

This program is delivered in person in Brisbane and online.
