Empowered Pathways covers the 8 areas below: Discovery of self Personal development Communication Managing your time Travel Money management Job ready skills Work skills WHO IS THIS PROGRAM FOR Autistic school leavers looking to explore their strengths and discover their unique pathway to employment PROGRAM ELIGIBLITY Autistic school leavers with a NDIS plan with School Leaver Employment Support funding You will also need to be plan or self-managed PROGRAM DETAILS Our Empowered Pathways program is unique with every coaching session bespoke and tailored to the individual.
