GenNow is proud to offer the Me Plus More Women in the Workforce program.

Women in the Workforce is designed to inspire and empower women living with neurodiverse disorders or cognitive impairment to take the steps towards reaching their goals.

The program consists of 12 core modules with learning streams that focus on: Womenand workforce participation Womenand safety Womenand economic security Participants are supported to build capacity in the areas of employment and independent living skills in a fun, interactive and supportive environment with experienced employment and social coaches.

The program is delivered via a combination of interactive online materials, face to face group facilitation and workbooks.

The program allows for supported group and individual learning and reflective practices.

Costs include a 2hr intake assessment and reporting on program outcomes for each participant.

NDIS Core or CB funding can be used to pay for this program.

Prices are based on the NDIS Pricing Arrangement and may be subject to change.

Transport may be arranged for participants.
