Led by two Autistic co-facilitators, Autistic Spoonies is a support group for late-identified Autistic women and non-binary individuals with chronic health conditions.

This group offers a space toconnect with others who understand the unique challenges of managing both Autism and chronic health issues, fostering connection, mutual support and wellbeing.

Recurring: Last Friday of the Month - 1pm-2.30pm (Brisbane AEST) Cost First session free (then 10) Where: Zoom link sent via email Accessibility: Visual Story, Intro prompt, chat read out, reminder emails, text reminder on request, contact for additional requirements Group size: 2 Autistic group facilitators- group size 4-12.

Notes: Cameras on or off, speech or chat as preferred.

Participate as much as you feel.

Comfort is key-stim toys, Oodies, avatars, creative backgrounds, lying down-however you need to show up and feel comfortable is fine by us.
