How do MyCareSpace subscriptions work?

MyCareSpace provides a free support connection and information service to the disability community which is used by participants and their families, LACS, Support Coordinators and more.

We save families and Support Coordinators time and energy by connecting them with NDIS Providers who have the necessary skill and experience and who have capacity.

NDIS Providers can use a MyCareSpace Subscription to connect with customers in 4 easy steps:

  1. Select the Subscription that suits your requirements and budget.
  2. Customers make service requests by using the directory or by contacting the MyCareSpace Connections Team via the website, our online chat or phone service.
  3. Our Connections Team gathers explicit information about their location, disability needs and preferences.
  4. Our team then sends referrals to the MyCareSpace Providers who are not just in their area (that's the easy part!) but who are also able to meet those needs.

Standard Subscription

This subscription is our entry-level option for sole traders and small businesses.

  • Your listing receives Verified Status so customers know the MyCareSpace team has onboarded you
  • With the ability to select up to 4 postcode locations, these providers are able to create a small service area.
  • A maximum of 3 categories of service can be chosen.
  • Does not include any promotion to Support Coordinators, LAC's, Plan Managers or Participants.

Featured Subscription

This option suits new businesses looking to promote themselves immediately in the market of medium-sized businesses. It will boost the visibility of your organisation across the disability community!

This option includes:

  • Verified Status with an opportunity to earn more badges
  • Add up to 10 postcode locations (in a single state)
  • Inclusion in up to 5 Categories
  • Promotion to Support Coordinators, LAC's and Plan Managers who have registered on our platform to have MyCareSpace help them find supports
  • Ability to add additional States

This option includes:

  • Up to 20 postcode locations (in a single state)
  • Inclusion in up to 10 Categories
  • Promotion to Support Coordinators, LAC's and Plan Managers who have registered on our platform to have MyCareSpace help them find supports
  • Feature spot on the MyCareSpace home page
  • Ability to add additional States
  • Telehealth Provider: offer your services online nationally

Partnership Subscription

By invitation only.

This subscription is permitted for businesses that can demonstrate a proven track record and would like to work closely with the MyCareSpace executive team to reach specific areas of the disability market.

With preferred placement in search results, this option also includes:

  • Unlimited Locations
  • Unlimited Categories
  • Promotion into our Support Coordination Referral Network (made up of SC’s and LACs who have opted in to receive information about providers in their area)
  • Opportunity to deliver video and or service introductions
  • Targeted promotion into specific marketplaces.
  • Connection with other complementary providers
     

Allied Health Subscription

As the name suggests, this custom subscription is for Allied Health providers, allowing them to be promoted across the community.

It includes:

  • Verified Status with an opportunity to each more badges
  • Up to 20 postcode locations 
  • Inclusion in up to 10 Categories
  • Promotion to Support Coordinators, LAC's and Plan Managers who have registered on our platform to have MyCareSpace help them find supports
  • Telehealth Provider: offer your services online nationally
  • Referral Fee charged on successful client acquisition - you never pay for something you didn't get
  • Allied Health Partnership opportunity for organisations with more than 50 therapists. By invitation only.
